Responsibilities
- Build and maintain integration layers connecting applications to customer systems using medical communication protocols.
- Onboard new clients and implement optimal custom integrations by understanding their systems.
- Develop internal applications for case assignments, peer reviews, and business analytics.
- Identify process gaps and automation opportunities in current workflows.
- Manage medium-to-large projects independently, making design decisions based on domain knowledge.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in developing user-facing software applications.
- Deep proficiency in frontend technologies like TypeScript and React, and backend services.
- Strong independent contributor comfortable with ambiguity and complex business areas.
- Experience in building customer-centric products and leading technical direction.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in a startup or fast-moving team environment.
