Responsibilities
- Own product features end-to-end, from ideation through development of responsive, user-centric web applications and backend services.
- Build and maintain integration layers connecting applications to customer PACS, RIS, and EHR systems using DICOM and HL7 through site-to-site VPN.
- Onboard new clients and implement optimal custom integrations by understanding their systems and workflows.
- Build and maintain internal applications for case assignments, radiologist peer reviews, and business analytics.
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, automation opportunities, and risks in current processes.
- Independently manage medium-to-large projects and make technical design decisions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience developing user-facing software applications.
- Strong frontend proficiency with modern web technologies such as TypeScript and React, along with backend-service expertise and a strong understanding of web architecture.
- Experience building customer-loved products and setting or leading technical direction from an early stage.
- Ability to understand system-design tradeoffs, navigate evolving software systems, and balance competing priorities.
- Strong independent judgment, curiosity, and comfort working through ambiguity in complex business domains.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including customers and vendors.
- Experience working in a startup or startup-like environment with high autonomy.
