Base Salary
$218k - $327k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers, designers, engineers, and business leads to scope, plan, design, and build new banking features and maintain existing functionality.
- Lead and participate in critical technical, design, and product discussions with the team and organizational leaders.
- Design systems within microservice and event-driven architectures.
- Drive architectural decisions and infrastructure improvements to make systems more robust and scalable.
- Maintain high engineering standards for yourself and teammates.
- Coach and mentor teammates to expand their technical breadth and depth.
- Apply an AI-first mindset and improve the team's use of AI applications.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development or equivalent experience.
- 1+ year of experience leading large-scale features, including planning, managing, and executing delivery projects while maintaining a high quality bar.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to identify flaws in complex systems and take appropriate steps to fix them.
- Ability to design and build creative solutions to complex problems.
- Strong desire to perform and grow as an engineer.
