Responsibilities

Lead complex, multi-system AI deployments end-to-end.
Own the AI workshop program, customizing modules for customers.
Architect multi-agent solutions tailored to customer workflows.
Design client-specific MCP resource packs for personalized intelligence.
Ensure Deployment Kit quality for ease of use by solutions consultants.
Lead Solutions Enablement Sprints to train consultants and partners.
Drive the intelligence loop by authoring strategic memos and presenting findings.
Mentor junior FDEs on customer engagements and code reviews.

6–10+ years of production software engineering experience.
3+ years of experience deploying AI/ML to production.
Deep expertise in Python and strong skills in TypeScript/JavaScript.
Proven track record in leading complex enterprise technical engagements.
Experience with production LLM, multi-agent orchestration, and evaluation frameworks.
System architecture expertise across enterprise systems and cloud infrastructure.
Ability to create reusable technical assets for production use.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to travel 25–50% of the time.
Eligible to work in the UK on an ongoing basis.
BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.
