Base Salary

$200k - $250k/yr

Responsibilities

Own large portions of the application and drive major features from design through deployment.
Design scalable permission systems for managing terabytes of data across thousands of organizations.
Build controls for deciding what data organizations share, when they share it, and with whom.
Architect secure collaboration frameworks that preserve data sovereignty and compliance.
Create advanced sharing mechanisms for cross-organizational collaboration.
Ship robust, well-tested, and well-designed production software.
Collaborate with product, design, deployment teams, engineers, and users to iterate on solutions.
Architect and scale distributed software systems.

Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 4 years of experience working with cross-functional software development teams.
Professional or open-source experience shipping and iterating on production-grade software components.
Ability to write robust, well-tested, and well-designed code deployed to users.
Strong understanding of architecting and scaling distributed software systems.
Strong modern software development practices and comfort navigating large codebases.
Strong technical vision and ability to translate product requests into reliable software components.
Located in New York City and open to working in the office.

Annual salary range of $200,000–$250,000, plus benefits, potential equity, and potential bonus.
New York City-based, in-office work arrangement.
