Responsibilities
- Develop technologies that optimize AI infrastructure for training, inference, and AI agents.
- Improve LLM inference engine performance, execution parallelism, GPU kernels, and post-training workloads.
- Collaborate with academia and open source communities on joint development.
- Analyze emerging technologies from academia and industry.
- Present research and products in academic papers.
Requirements
- Be completing or have recently completed a master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Have experience with LLM training infrastructure, LLM inference infrastructure, or AI agent infrastructure.
- Demonstrate proactive continuous learning, enthusiasm for AI technologies, and the ability to quickly apply new technologies.
- Have good communication and teamwork skills.
- Preferred: contribute frequently to or maintain AI infrastructure open source projects such as vLLM or SGLang.
- Preferred: have publications at computer science conferences such as OSDI or MLSys.
