Base Salary
$220k - $405k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-powered experiences integrating Perplexity Computer with Slack, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, and MCP server.
- Build workflow and automation products supporting scheduled and event-triggered agent execution, human approvals, and progress visibility.
- Develop shared agent experiences with delegation, result review, workflow reuse, ownership, and handoffs between people and agents.
- Work directly with customers and internal teams to identify problems, validate ideas through rapid prototyping, and scale successful use cases.
- Own products end to end from problem definition and technical design through full-stack implementation, launch, and production reliability.
- Measure and improve activation, repeat usage, and workflow completion through customer feedback and product experiments.
- Partner with Product, Design, Sales, and engineering teams to create reliable product experiences.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience and a track record of building and shipping production products end to end.
- Hands-on experience shipping applications with LLMs or AI agents, including evaluating capabilities and limitations and improving quality through evaluation and user feedback.
- Strong software engineering and system design skills with proficiency in Python or Go.
- Ability to work across backend services and user-facing applications.
- Strong product judgment and ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into effective product experiences for users with varying technical expertise.
- Comfort working directly with customers, moving between discovery and implementation, and owning problems without a fully defined specification.
- Experience with enterprise, growth, or collaboration products is preferred.
