Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering, product, customer support, data, and other teams to support application quality.
- Provide production support to the customer experience support team.
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents and provide feedback.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
- Develop complete test plans with developers and product managers.
- Perform manual, API, and automated testing, including regression testing.
- Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution.
- Coordinate and participate in code deployments.
- Learn cross-department technology processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of QA testing experience.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, automated testing tools, and API testing tools.
- Experience testing across browsers, operating systems, and mobile platforms.
- Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and workload-prioritization skills.
- Performance or security testing experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL/Postgres and scripting is a plus.
