Responsibilities
- Lead the development of high-quality, scalable React Native applications.
- Make forward-thinking architectural decisions aligned with company goals.
- Mentor engineers through complex challenges and design decisions.
- Drive code quality through PR reviews and constructive feedback.
- Champion AI-assisted development and mentor others in its use.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and business stakeholders.
- Be flexible and willing to step outside defined roles as needed.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software development experience.
- At least 4+ years focused on mobile development using React Native.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end technologies.
- Experience integrating with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party services.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining complex mobile applications.
- Strong knowledge of mobile design principles and best practices.
- Experience owning projects from prototypes to customer rollout.
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with designers and product managers.
- Track record of mentoring engineers and improving code quality.
- Experience with feature flagging and observability tools.
- Comfort with AI-assisted development workflows.
