Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior engineering team on major development projects.
- Contribute to the implementation of the LCM infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and debug logs.
- Design and implement features with functional and unit tests.
- Conduct design and code reviews, and performance tuning.
- Prototype solutions to validate scale and performance.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Interface with Architects, QA, Product Owners, and Tech Ops.
- Partner with Product Development, QA, and Site Reliability Engineering teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software development experience in Java, with knowledge of Hibernate and Spring Boot.
- 2+ years of experience building services and internal tools.
- 2+ years of experience automating and deploying large-scale production services in AWS or GCP.
- Deep understanding of infrastructure technologies like caching and resilient architectures.
- Experience with relational databases, ideally MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Ability to work effectively with distributed teams.
- Experience in leading and mentoring junior engineers.
