Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and design feasible software solutions.
- Develop, modify, troubleshoot, and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications.
- Create and execute automated software validation processes, test cases, and usage scenarios.
- Perform root cause analysis, resolve defects, improve performance, and evaluate software-hardware interfaces.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, diagrams, code comments, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, systems analysts, engineering staff, and stakeholders to support delivery.
- Manage customer communication, capture requirements and clarifications, respond to requests, and track issues.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, quality assurance, reporting, and on-time implementation.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience with Alteryx.
- Experience with software development, coding, testing, debugging, requirements analysis, and system maintenance.
- Ability to design test cases and automate software validation processes.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot system issues, and improve software performance.
- Ability to create clear technical documentation and formal reports.
- Strong client collaboration, communication, customer service, and project coordination skills.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities.
