Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of complex, scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs.
- Own major product initiatives from initial design through delivery coordination across Backend, Frontend, and Product teams.
- Establish and drive team-level best practices for code quality, testing strategies, and CI/CD processes.
- Analyze and debug complex technical challenges across the stack to support long-term system reliability.
- Coordinate risks and dependencies across multiple teams to ensure seamless feature delivery.
- Implement preventive measures and high-performance solutions to address scalability bottlenecks.
- Build high-performance services that improve product stability and speed.
- Shape execution of major initiatives while balancing technical excellence with business milestones.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience in large-scale backend development, with strong Java programming expertise.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to debug complex technical issues.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and scalable microservices architectures.
- Experience with infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and data-oriented applications and APIs is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating technical ideas and collaborating across teams.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
