Responsibilities
- Onboard and set up your development environment.
- Ship a small update or bug fix to familiarize yourself with the codebase.
- Identify areas for improvement in the product after using it.
- Ship two major features within the first month.
- Deliver feature updates daily or weekly with a focus on quality by 90 days.
- Collaborate with the team and customers to shape the product's future.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in backend development, preferably in startups.
- Strong expertise in Python for backend development.
- Proficient in database management, including Postgres and/or Elasticsearch.
- Experience with infrastructure management tools like Terraform and Kubernetes.
- Ability to ship quickly and iterate based on feedback.
- Strong product sense and commitment to user experience.
