Responsibilities
- Lead key product features from concept to production while setting technical direction and architecture.
- Own projects end-to-end and guide small teams of two to four engineers in delivering reliable production systems.
- Direct AI coding agents to generate, iterate, and refine production-quality software.
- Work with TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL, and Python while reviewing and shaping AI-generated code.
- Rapidly turn new ideas into customer-facing features, often within days.
- Improve engineering practices through AI-assisted development and modern software workflows.
Requirements
- Demonstrated excellence in a professional, academic, or personal domain.
- Generalist mindset with willingness to work across product, design, and AI.
- Experience building modern agentic systems or reasoning through complex ML products.
- Track record of working on high-growth products generating millions of pounds in annual recurring revenue.
- Rapid career progression, such as moving from junior to senior level in under five years.
- Ability to critique AI-generated output with high technical standards and judgment.
- Strong conviction that AI will reshape industries and motivation to build at the frontier.
