Base Salary
$55k - $129k/yr
Responsibilities
- Participate in delivery phases of Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform solution deployments.
- Develop specifications, design documents, use cases, and business process flows from client requirements.
- Configure entities, forms, workflows, business rules, dashboards, and reports.
- Conduct unit testing, analyze results, support integration and data migration testing, and assist with user acceptance testing and defect resolution.
- Support deployment of solutions to client pre-production environments.
- Develop training and communications materials to drive user adoption.
- Investigate and resolve user problems through calls, chat, email, and other support channels.
- Collaborate with staff and programmers to research issues, explain errors, and recommend program modifications.
- Mentor Associate Analysts on platform knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned.
- Support Managers and Senior Managers with stakeholder management and day-to-day management of the Business Applications competency.
- Review client data and information, identify potential risks, execute engagement tasks, and escalate unusual circumstances to team leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or another technical field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a member of a technology team participating in one or more technology life-cycle phases.
- Interest in software configuration, development, workflow and process design, analysis, and quality assurance.
- Understanding of basic programming concepts and solution delivery using Agile methodologies.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and aptitude for learning and adapting to new technologies and industry practices.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, other CRM solutions, or cloud-based technologies is preferred.
- Experience in a shared services function and environment is preferred.
- Preferred certifications include Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals PL-900, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals MB-910, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (ERP) MB-920, or Microsoft Power Platform App Maker PL-100.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
- Valid US passport.

- Base salary ranges from $55,400 to $128,500 depending on US office location, with other listed regional ranges of $66,600 to $123,200 and $69,300 to $128,500.
