Base Salary
$55k - $129k/yr
Responsibilities
- Participate in delivery phases of Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform solution deployments.
- Develop specifications, design documents, use cases, and business process flows based on client requirements.
- Configure entities, forms, workflows, business rules, dashboards, and reports.
- Conduct unit testing, analyze results, and confirm developed code meets requirements.
- Support solution deployment to client pre-production environments and assist with integration and data migration development and testing.
- Support user acceptance testing by identifying and resolving defects.
- Develop training and communications materials to drive user adoption.
- Investigate and resolve user problems with deployed solutions through calls, chat, email, and other communication methods.
- Guide users through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes and collaborate with staff and programmers to resolve issues.
- Review client data and information, analyze potential risks, execute engagement-specific tasks, and escalate unusual circumstances.
- Mentor Associate Analysts and support Managers and Senior Managers with stakeholder management and day-to-day Business Applications competency activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or another technical field of study.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a member of a technology team participating in one or more technology life-cycle phases.
- Interest in software configuration, development, workflow and process design, analysis, and quality assurance.
- Understanding of basic programming concepts and solution delivery using Agile methodologies.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and aptitude to learn and adapt to current technologies and industry practices.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, other CRM solutions, or cloud-based technologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of project management, teaming, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills is a plus.
- Experience working in a shared services environment is a plus.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
- Valid US Passport.
- Required certifications are not specified; preferred certifications include PL-900, AI-900, and AB-900, with PL-400, PL-200, Copilot Studio, Power Platform AI, and related Microsoft learning credentials listed as additional qualifications.
Benefits
- Base salary ranges from $55,400 to $113,000 in most US locations, $66,600 to $123,200 in New York City, Boston, Washington DC Metro Areas, Washington State, and Southern California, and $69,300 to $128,500 in Bay Area California offices.
