Responsibilities
- Plan, deploy, monitor, and maintain AWS and Alibaba Cloud services.
- Design highly available, auto-scaling cloud architectures.
- Implement full-stack monitoring and alerting using cloud-native tools.
- Lead critical incident response and perform root cause analysis.
- Analyze cloud resource usage and implement cost optimization strategies.
- Establish resource quota management strategies.
- Implement cloud security baselines and conduct regular audits.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application architectures.
- Document operational procedures and lead technical training sessions.
Requirements
- Mastery of core services on AWS or Alibaba Cloud, with familiarity in the other platform.
- Proficient in Linux/Windows system operations and automation tools.
- Hands-on experience with containerized operations and cloud-native technologies.
- 5+ years of operations experience, with at least 3 years in public cloud environments.
- Experience in building cloud platforms from scratch or large-scale migration projects is preferred.
- Excellent team management and communication skills.
- AWS Certified SysOps Administrator or Alibaba Cloud certifications are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related fields.
