Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the design and delivery lifecycle of bespoke software projects.
- Establish and enforce development standards and best practices.
- Make team decisions and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to support alignment and timely delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
- Develop Power BI data models, reports, and dashboards and troubleshoot related performance issues.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Power BI.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling, report creation, and dashboard development.
- Experience optimizing data refresh processes and managing large datasets in business intelligence platforms.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions using Microsoft Power BI.
- Familiarity integrating Microsoft Power BI with various data sources and enterprise systems.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
