Responsibilities
- Build session, context, persistence, resumption, hand-over, and memory systems with identity- and entitlement-aware context.
- Develop retrieval and grounding across structured records and documents, optimizing cost and latency.
- Build document intelligence for manuals, engineering drawings, certification directives, and contracts with extracted and citable information.
- Develop agentic runtimes for multi-step work, tool use, human escalation, and business-system actions.
- Support speech and image inputs alongside text and build interfaces to scheduling and optimization engines.
- Create evaluation harnesses that validate AI output quality and autonomy claims before release.
- Build security controls covering prompt-injection resistance, personal-data handling, guardrails, auditing, and data residency.
Requirements
- Production experience with Go and Python, or comparable backend languages such as Java.
- Experience with service-to-service integration and orchestration using n8n, Temporal, MuleSoft, Apache Camel, or Boomi.
- Experience building and scaling multi-tenant SaaS solutions and AI-native products used by real customers.
- Production experience with GenAI systems, RAG pipelines, hybrid retrieval, embeddings, agent orchestration, and tool usage.
- Experience with Pydantic AI, LangChain, MCP, and plan-based agentic software development.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CNCF technologies, cloud-native infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Production experience operating API gateways or API products such as Kong or Tyk.
- Experience building agents that take actions against business systems, operating shared multi-tenant infrastructure, and evaluating AI output quality before shipment.
- Preferred experience optimizing AI services for latency and cost and using specification-driven development.
- Candidates should have direct experience shipping live systems rather than only demos, hackathons, personal projects, or single-LLM integrations.
