Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/CRM solutions.
- Configure and extend Dynamics 365 using plugins, workflows, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and custom integrations.
- Contribute to solution architecture and technical design decisions across Dynamics 365 and integrated applications.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using APIs, Azure services, and middleware.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and DevOps practices for Dynamics environments.
- Modernize existing Dynamics implementations to reduce technical debt and improve scalability and performance.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve system reliability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, architects, and cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and/or ERP development.
- Strong experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Dynamics SDK/customization tools.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus for integrations.
- Understanding of software architecture, security best practices, DevOps, and the full software development lifecycle.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics deployments.
- Fluency in English and comfort working in a global, multicultural environment.
- Preferred qualifications include Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or dual-write integration experience, Power BI knowledge, legacy Dynamics CRM or migration experience, Angular familiarity, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
