Base Salary
$105k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Maintain, modify, design, and implement programs within existing systems.
- Develop applications, components, and services using C#/.NET and Microsoft web technologies.
- Work with project management and architects on application design and development.
- Evaluate business requirements and processes and provide development estimates.
- Interpret business requirements and technical specifications and code to documented standards.
- Investigate, analyze, and document reported defects.
- Create, document, and implement unit test plans, scripts, and test harnesses.
- Provide task, work effort, and project estimates.
- Recommend and implement software development trends, tools, technologies, processes, and best practices.
- Guide and mentor less senior developers in technical and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborate with DevOps, infrastructure, business, and other cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience with C#/.NET 8.0, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, React, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong SQL skills; Oracle experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle processes and guidelines.
- Solid understanding of enterprise architecture.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a diverse, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- .NET certification is highly recommended.
- Experience with Telerik ASP.NET controls is a plus.
- Experience developing applications with React.js or React Native is a plus.
