Responsibilities
- Design and develop new products, solutions, platform capabilities, integrations, and enhancements.
- Contribute hands-on coding across the software development lifecycle, including development, testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution.
- Develop unit tests and automated test scripts using a test-driven development approach.
- Build rapid prototypes and proofs of concept to validate new ideas and solutions.
- Use coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code for code generation, review, and test creation.
- Work independently and collaborate with geographically distributed teams while following coding standards, best practices, policies, and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Typically less than two years of experience developing products and platforms with UI or backend web technologies.
- Experience developing software with Java, Python, or other object-oriented programming languages.
- Experience with modern UI frameworks such as AngularJS or ReactJS.
- Understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, testing methodologies, UI and back-end architectures, coding best practices, and debugging.
- Hands-on experience with retrieval-augmented generation, generative AI technologies, and AI agent development.
- Ability to demonstrate problem-solving, ownership, accountability, urgency, and effective collaboration.
