Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, enhance, troubleshoot, and optimize Anaplan-based software solutions.
- Integrate Anaplan models with enterprise systems and data sources.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Support incidents, service requests, and problem tickets in client support projects.
- Work directly with client technical and business experts and manage client relationships.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience is required, including at least 5 years in Anaplan Finance.
- Proficiency in Anaplan and strong experience developing and customizing solutions using Anaplan platform capabilities.
- Experience integrating Anaplan models with enterprise systems and data sources.
- Experience with support projects and proficiency handling incidents, service requests, and problem tickets through ITSM processes.
- Experience working directly with client technical and business experts and managing client relationships.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
