Responsibilities
- Clarify and analyze software requirements.
- Develop, integrate, and unit-test embedded software based on requirements.
- Perform low-level and high-level design for software modules.
- Execute development tasks, document results, report problems, and debug software.
- Estimate task effort and plan and conduct software reviews.
- Solve technical problems and communicate findings to technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Coordinate, integrate, and release complete software projects.
- Mentor junior team members for senior-level assignments.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in embedded software development.
- Major in Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics, Electronics-Telecommunication, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Good proficiency in the C programming language.
- Ability to estimate, plan, and schedule tasks and demonstrate problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Strong commitment to delivery, willingness to learn, adaptability, and good English communication skills.
- Automotive domain knowledge and experience with software unit, component, and integration testing are advantageous.
- Tool or script development experience with VBA, Python, or C# is advantageous.
- Knowledge of configuration management, software development models, and formal or informal software reviews is advantageous.
- Knowledge of CAN Protocol, AUTOSAR, and diagnostics, plus CANalyzer, CANoe, and CAPL experience, is advantageous.
