Base Salary
$210k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and improve product journeys spanning sign-up, onboarding, feature discovery, and purchase.
- Build and refine experiences that help individuals, teams, and AI-assisted workflows understand and realize Postman’s value.
- Design and implement features that drive adoption of core platform capabilities.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Data to identify opportunities and prioritize improvements.
- Use experimentation and analytics to inform decisions and validate changes.
- Develop an understanding of how developers use Postman individually and collaboratively.
- Deliver thoughtful, incremental improvements and contribute to the evolution of onboarding and discovery systems.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience building frontend or full-stack applications focused on product and user experience.
- Strong fundamentals in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with experience using modern frameworks such as React or Next.js.
- Demonstrated experience building and improving product experiences that drive engagement and adoption.
- Experience using data, analytics, or experimentation to guide product decisions.
- Strong product sense, attention to detail, ownership of ambiguous problem spaces, and excellent cross-functional communication skills.
- Curiosity about how developers work and interest in building tools that improve developer effectiveness.
- Preferred experience with full-stack JavaScript or TypeScript, state management tools such as MobX, B2B products, developer tools, AI-powered experiences, or fast-paced startup environments.
