Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own and improve key product journeys from sign-up through onboarding, feature discovery, and purchase.
- Build and refine user experiences that help developers and teams quickly understand and realize the value of Postman.
- Design and implement features that drive adoption of core platform capabilities across different user types.
- Partner closely with Product, Design, and Data to identify opportunities and prioritize improvements.
- Use experimentation and analytics to inform decisions and validate the impact of changes.
- Develop a deep understanding of how developers use Postman and apply those insights to improve the product.
- Iterate quickly, delivering thoughtful, incremental improvements.
- Contribute to the evolution of onboarding and discovery systems as the product and customer base grow.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building frontend or full-stack applications with a focus on product and user experience.
- Strong fundamentals in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS; experience with modern frameworks like React or Next.js.
- Track record of building and improving product experiences that drive user engagement and adoption.
- Experience using data, analytics, or experimentation to guide product decisions.
- Strong product sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to take ownership of ambiguous problem spaces and drive them to clear outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating across functions.
- Curiosity about how developers work and a desire to build tools that make them more effective.
