Responsibilities
- Design, optimize, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines for corporate loans, mortgage loans, commercial paper, debt instruments, and other financial products.
- Build automated reporting frameworks for asset classification, statements of account, projected cash flows, and secured borrowing monitoring.
- Modernize legacy applications through enterprise framework migrations, code refactoring, dependency upgrades, and AI-assisted development.
- Migrate legacy authentication systems to SSO and OAuth protocols and architect regulatory compliance portals using enterprise low-code platforms.
- Serve as the primary IT contact for GS India Finance Limited regulatory inquiries, outsourcing-guideline compliance, audits, and gap analyses.
- Prepare IT operational, cybersecurity, compliance, and remediation metrics for quarterly IT Strategy Board reporting.
- Manage access certifications, capacity-utilization audits, technical remediation commitments, and production support activities.
- Improve API performance using multithreading, multiprocessing, and database query optimization.
- Maintain automated synchronization between internal databases and external asset-management or vendor systems.
- Architect scalable data schemas supporting single-tenant and multi-tenant structures.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of professional experience with deep proficiency in Java or Python and hands-on experience executing complex framework migrations.
- Experience with HTML5, JavaScript, React, Redux, JSON, generative AI-assisted programming tools, and software development lifecycle efficiency.
- Experience with cloud ecosystem services, automated data-ingestion pipelines, secure file-transfer protocols, and modern data lakehouse architectures.
- Experience building enterprise compliance portals and workflows with professional low-code development platforms.
- Expertise in multithreaded API optimization, relational and NoSQL databases, proprietary querying and modeling environments, and modern authentication frameworks.
- Strong experience with Test-Driven Development, Behavior-Driven Development, build automation, and scripting tools.
- Familiarity with Indian financial-market regulations, including IT outsourcing standards, insider-trading prevention, and structured regulatory digital-tracking requirements is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-management skills, including experience working with executive boards, regulators, internal control groups, and front-office desks.
