Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of infrastructure as code and automation with unit testing, quality gates, AppSec tooling, automated functional testing, and performance testing.
- Develop and maintain observability practices, including SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, error budgets, dashboards, alerting, and notification systems.
- Create and manage runbooks, gamedays, postmortems, and incident-response workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams building enterprise-scale cloud solutions to improve SRE and DevOps practices and tooling.
- Establish best practices, support communities of practice, and promote adoption across engineering teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field plus 6 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree plus 4 years, or a Ph.D. plus 1 year.
- Six years of experience implementing quality frameworks with quality gates within a CI/CD framework.
- Six years of experience with observability platforms such as New Relic, CloudWatch, Grafana, or Datadog.
- Six years of experience working with AWS and CI/CD tooling and capabilities.
- Six years of experience using infrastructure as code with Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Six years of experience programming in C#, Java, or Python.
- Six years of experience with AppSec tools such as Veracode, CloudSploit, or Data Theorem.
- Experience may be acquired concurrently.

- Base salary range of $167,177 to $203,610, with possible additional incentive compensation.
