Responsibilities
- Collaborate with international and Indonesian teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software products.
- Translate detailed designs and specifications into reliable software with minimal rework.
- Own assigned tasks and deliver projects with a focus on quality, quantity, and timeliness.
- Solve technically challenging problems and contribute to mission-critical products.
- Work with mentors and team leads on project delivery.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience for the Senior level.
- Strong coding skills in at least one of Java, Python, or JavaScript/Node.js; proficiency in multiple listed languages is a bonus.
- Good understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and software engineering practices.
- Familiarity with Git and basic Linux operations.
- Good communication skills and moderate proficiency in English.
- Experience in a startup, fintech, or banking environment is a plus.
- A Computer Science degree is preferred, but demonstrable skills and experience are also valued.
- Familiarity with GCP or AWS, Cloud Dataflow or Apache Beam, machine learning algorithms, MLaaS, DBT, Apache Airflow, data platform services, big data processing, and BI visualization tools is preferred.
