Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test UiPath RPA solutions to automate business processes.
- Package and transfer RPA solutions through GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor bot performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams on UiPath application upgrades.
- Optimize RPA run processes for performance and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with RPA best practices and governance requirements.
- Troubleshoot complex RPA issues and provide timely solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience with UiPath for senior RPA development.
- UiPath certifications.
- Experience configuring and managing GitLab CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
- Proficiency in UiPath Studio and related tools.
- Strong understanding of the UiPath Robotic Enterprise Framework.
- Programming skills in C#, VB.NET, or Python.
- Familiarity with Studio Test Module and Git.
- Understanding of CI/CD practices applied to RPA development.
- Solid experience in an RPA Technical Lead role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, adaptability, collaboration, organizational, and time-management skills.
