Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy proprietary software development solutions across the firm.
- Build systems such as MLOps and high-availability inference systems, data pipelines, agentic/RAG/MCP tools, GPU optimization and management solutions, and full-stack web applications and dashboards.
- Research complex problems using data-driven statistical analysis of large datasets.
- Identify innovative solutions and clearly advocate for their implementation.
- Collaborate with software developers, quantitative traders, researchers, and business analysts in cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Be pursuing a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, mathematics, or a related science discipline.
- Have an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Have exposure to multithreaded applications, computational intelligence, algorithms, real-time programming, or GUI programming.
- Have a strong understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
- Demonstrate software development skills in at least one of Python, JavaScript, C++, Ruby, C#, Go, or Java, including possible use of Node, React, or Angular with JavaScript.
- Show curiosity and ability to learn and absorb new technologies quickly.
