Base Salary
$85k - $97k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop full-stack Java applications using Spring-based frameworks, preferably Spring Boot.
- Build and maintain applications using microservices architecture and messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, and Service Bus.
- Work with Microsoft Azure and other public cloud technologies.
- Develop applications backed by Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.
- Build and consume REST API integrations.
- Use CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins.
- Apply software testing approaches and tools including JUnit, Cucumber, and Selenium.
- Use Chaos Testing and SRE practices to build highly resilient cloud software.
- Collaborate on engineering excellence and continuous improvement while solving complex customer needs and transactions.
Requirements
- Solid experience with Java, Spring-based frameworks, and libraries, preferably Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience with public cloud and cloud-based technologies, with Microsoft Azure preferred.
- Experience working with messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Service Bus.
- Experience building applications with databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL.
- Experience building and consuming REST API-based integrations and working with microservices architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins.
- Experience with software application testing approaches and tools such as JUnit, Cucumber, and Selenium.
- Experience with Chaos Testing and SRE practices for resilient cloud applications.
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for engineering excellence, continuous improvement, collaboration, and willingness to learn.
