Base Salary
$240k - $295k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own complex multi-person projects from concept through production, including scope, timelines, and outcomes
- Mentor engineers across teams and coach them through complex technical problems
- Architect scalable systems for the AI-powered patient engagement platform
- Make high-stakes technical decisions with incomplete information
- Lead technical discussions and contribute ideas and perspectives
- Serve as a subject matter expert while enabling effective contributions from others
- Develop production-grade software that complies with HIPAA and healthcare security standards at scale
- Drive cross-team initiatives and help shape technical direction and engineering culture
Requirements
- At least 7 years of industry experience with a track record of leading complex technical initiatives at a major technology company or high-growth startup
- Demonstrated experience building efficient and maintainable systems that support interactions across multiple teams
- Experience independently leading large cross-team projects, defining scope and timelines, and owning delivery outcomes
- Ability to contribute across design, development, testing, and occasional support in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort with rapid iteration, experimentation, ambiguity, and learning from failure
