Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own complex, multi-person projects from concept to production.
- Mentor engineers across teams and raise overall team capability.
- Solve complex problems in innovative ways with a high degree of autonomy.
- Lead discussions and contribute fresh ideas and perspectives.
- Act as a subject matter expert while enabling others to contribute effectively.
- Develop production-grade software that complies with HIPAA and healthcare security standards.
Requirements
- 7+ years of industry experience with a proven track record in leading complex technical initiatives.
- Experience in building efficient, maintainable systems across multiple teams.
- Ability to independently lead large cross-team projects and be accountable for delivery outcomes.
- Willingness to wear multiple hats, from design and development to testing and support.
- Comfortable with rapid iteration, experimentation, and learning from failure.
