Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and execute automated tests with support from senior colleagues.
- Participate in load and performance testing to help ensure platform stability.
- Collaborate with IT and Business teams to understand testing requirements and identify process improvements.
- Contribute to defect and change management, systems integration, and test planning.
- Perform manual testing when needed to support application functionality delivery and quality.
- Use AI tools responsibly to improve productivity and workflows while applying critical judgment to AI outputs.
Requirements
- Good programming knowledge, preferably in Java, and willingness to learn Spring and Spring Boot.
- Strong interest in test automation and willingness to learn Selenium, Cucumber, Rest Assured, and CI/CD solutions.
- Familiarity with backend testing concepts, including API testing with Postman.
- Understanding of performance testing tools such as JMeter.
- Theoretical understanding of the software testing lifecycle, including test planning, test case or script creation, and execution strategy.
- Curiosity and proactive interest in integration testing, regression testing, and coordination with support systems.
