Base Salary
$111k - $178k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop on the Salesforce platform, specializing in Apex, LWC/Aura, and complex Flows.
- Maintain understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and design patterns.
- Build and maintain high-performing Web Services using REST/SOAP.
- Perform code reviews, manage GitHub PRs, and navigate CI/CD processes.
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Participate in the SCRUM process, providing accurate story sizing and meeting deadlines.
- Troubleshoot performance issues using Developer Console and Debug Logs.
Requirements
- Proven track record of Salesforce development in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Sales Cloud; Service and Experience Cloud knowledge is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration and implementation.
- Strong understanding of the SDLC, Agile methodologies, and version control.
- A degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical field.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications are required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a hybrid capacity (2-3 days per week in-office).
