Responsibilities
- Partner with Engineering to design, test, and deploy machine learning models.
- Leverage AI insights to identify emerging on-road issue trends.
- Define and document policies and procedures integrating AI tools into workflows.
- Implement quality control processes for human and AI-generated outputs.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Software Quality Operations.
- Provide technical leadership and consultation to enhance workflows.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in AV Software Quality Operations.
- Competency in supporting all phases of the machine learning development lifecycle.
- Experience with ML testing and validation, including dataset quality assurance.
- Ability to quickly learn and implement new concepts and tools.
- Strong understanding of driving rules and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
