Responsibilities
- Own critical product and platform areas of the Work IQ API and related agentic components.
- Set a high technical and quality bar for agentic systems and developer-facing tooling.
- Design and ship performant, reliable terminal experiences for developers.
- Use data, benchmarks, and direct user feedback to guide iteration and investment.
- Collaborate across organizational boundaries to enable teams to build agentic products on a shared foundation.
- Influence architecture, technical direction, and engineering standards beyond the immediate team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 4+ years of technical engineering experience, or equivalent experience.
- Coding experience in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements.
- Preferred: master’s degree with 6+ years of experience, or bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: hands-on production experience building and operating generative AI or agentic systems.
- Preferred: experience shipping customer-facing developer interfaces or products and working across platform and user-facing systems.
- Preferred: experience with systems design, performance optimization, debugging complex production environments, and evaluating agentic systems.
- Preferred: experience with tools, prompts, agent loops, or low-level primitives for agentic development interfaces.
