Responsibilities
- Define, own, and improve QA and release management processes.
- Develop and maintain scalable manual and automated testing practices.
- Coordinate and lead testing efforts across cross-functional teams.
- Ensure quality gates are followed without unnecessarily slowing delivery.
- Own release planning and support smooth, predictable rollouts.
- Monitor production issues and improve observability and response processes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in QA, release management, or a similar role.
- Experience in a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Experience designing and running manual and automated testing workflows.
- Understanding of release orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, and staged deployments.
- Strong organizational, documentation, risk-identification, and communication skills.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.
- Passion for business sustainability, carbon emissions management, and climate technology.
- Willingness and excitement to work with the international team in Munich.
