Base Salary
$126k - $248k/yr
Responsibilities
- Become a recognized Subject Matter Expert on document schema design.
- Develop a deep understanding of core MongoDB database functionality and Atlas features.
- Deliver design review sessions to customer development teams.
- Share insights from design review sessions to inform and enable other developers.
- Conduct live developer enablement sessions for audiences of 40 to 400.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and other teams to create effective enablement content.
- Participate in refining and evolving developer enablement practices.
- Mentor team members and collaborate with Solutions Architects and Marketing partners.
- Expand responsibilities into the broader Marketing ecosystem and MongoDB organization.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience working with development teams on document schema design.
- At least 5 years of consulting experience with development teams.
- Experience in creating effective developer-focused content.
- Strong presentation skills for live streams and public speaking.
- Willingness to travel up to 40%.
