Responsibilities

  • Drive quality practices across the software development lifecycle.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated test solutions for APIs, backend services, and user workflows.
  • Perform risk-based exploratory testing of new functionality and complex business scenarios.
  • Partner with developers and product owners to define testable requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Contribute to quality strategies, test approaches, release readiness, and automated regression coverage.
  • Support quality gates within CI/CD pipelines and analyze production issues to improve product quality and testability.
  • Contribute to internal testing tools and frameworks using C#.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in software quality engineering, test automation, or software testing.
  • Experience designing and maintaining automated test solutions and testing APIs and distributed systems.
  • Strong understanding of software testing principles, quality practices, test strategy, and risk-based testing.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks, Git or other source control systems, C# or another object-oriented programming language, and SQL and data validation.
  • Understanding of CI/CD practices and automated quality gates.
  • Experience with performance, reliability, or other non-functional testing is valued.
  • Financial services knowledge through education or hands-on experience is highly valued, with investment management, portfolio management, or financial analytics knowledge considered a plus.
  • Fluent English communication and strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
