Base Salary

$176k - $215k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design detailed technical solutions and blueprints for AI agents, including data flows, API integrations, and component interactions within Google Agent Space.
  • Implement and optimize Google Agent Space and Google Cloud Platform services for agent performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability.
  • Develop reusable agentic components, libraries, and common services.
  • Troubleshoot complex architectural and integration challenges for Generative AI Engineers.
  • Oversee integration of AI agents with enterprise systems, databases, and external APIs.
  • Lead or significantly contribute to technical proofs of concept and prototypes for new agentic capabilities.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for architectures, design decisions, and deployment configurations.
  • Participate in code, design, and architecture reviews to ensure solution quality, security, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Mentor Generative AI Engineers and provide technical guidance on architectural principles.
  • Deliver technical presentations, lead business value sessions, and share team work through internal and external technology talks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10–12 years of experience as a solution architect in cloud technologies.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience delivering technical presentations and leading business value sessions.
  • 5+ years of experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and MLOps on cloud platforms.
  • 3+ years of experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation models.
  • Expertise in machine learning algorithms, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and natural language processing.
  • Experience providing technical guidance, mentoring engineers, and leading project teams.
  • Experience leading design and architecture review meetings for secure, scalable solutions.
  • Experience designing and deploying multi-agent architectures with Agent Development Kit.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare payer domain is preferred.
  • Solution Architect Associate certification, preferably in GCP or AWS, is preferred.
