Base Salary

$176k - $215k/yr

Responsibilities

Design detailed technical solutions and blueprints for AI agents, including data flows, API integrations, and component interactions within Google Agent Space.
Implement and optimize Google Agent Space and Google Cloud Platform services for agent performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability.
Develop reusable agentic components, libraries, and common services.
Troubleshoot complex architectural and integration challenges for Generative AI Engineers.
Oversee integration of AI agents with enterprise systems, databases, and external APIs.
Lead or significantly contribute to technical proofs of concept and prototypes for new agentic capabilities.
Create and maintain technical documentation for architectures, design decisions, and deployment configurations.
Participate in code, design, and architecture reviews to ensure solution quality, security, maintainability, and scalability.
Mentor Generative AI Engineers and provide technical guidance on architectural principles.
Deliver technical presentations, lead business value sessions, and share team work through internal and external technology talks.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
10–12 years of experience as a solution architect in cloud technologies.
8+ years of hands-on experience delivering technical presentations and leading business value sessions.
5+ years of experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and MLOps on cloud platforms.
3+ years of experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation models.
Expertise in machine learning algorithms, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and natural language processing.
Experience providing technical guidance, mentoring engineers, and leading project teams.
Experience leading design and architecture review meetings for secure, scalable solutions.
Experience designing and deploying multi-agent architectures with Agent Development Kit.
Knowledge of the healthcare payer domain is preferred.
Solution Architect Associate certification, preferably in GCP or AWS, is preferred.
