Base Salary
$176k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design detailed technical solutions and blueprints for AI agents, including data flows, API integrations, and component interactions within Google Agent Space.
- Implement and optimize Google Agent Space and Google Cloud Platform services for agent performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability.
- Develop reusable agentic components, libraries, and common services.
- Troubleshoot complex architectural and integration challenges for Generative AI Engineers.
- Oversee integration of AI agents with enterprise systems, databases, and external APIs.
- Lead or significantly contribute to technical proofs of concept and prototypes for new agentic capabilities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for architectures, design decisions, and deployment configurations.
- Participate in code, design, and architecture reviews to ensure solution quality, security, maintainability, and scalability.
- Mentor Generative AI Engineers and provide technical guidance on architectural principles.
- Deliver technical presentations, lead business value sessions, and share team work through internal and external technology talks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10–12 years of experience as a solution architect in cloud technologies.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience delivering technical presentations and leading business value sessions.
- 5+ years of experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and MLOps on cloud platforms.
- 3+ years of experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation models.
- Expertise in machine learning algorithms, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and natural language processing.
- Experience providing technical guidance, mentoring engineers, and leading project teams.
- Experience leading design and architecture review meetings for secure, scalable solutions.
- Experience designing and deploying multi-agent architectures with Agent Development Kit.
- Knowledge of the healthcare payer domain is preferred.
- Solution Architect Associate certification, preferably in GCP or AWS, is preferred.
