Responsibilities
- Build and ship features for Clera’s agentic system that automates the headhunting process end to end.
- Own projects from concept through deployment and make decisions about when to optimize for speed versus scale and quality.
- Work directly with the CTO, co-founder, and engineering team while shipping production code daily.
- Talk with customers and iterate on the product based on feedback.
- Help shape and scale Clera’s AI recruiting marketplace.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with experience in TypeScript and React.
- Strong practical experience working with AI and ideally experience coding with AI tools.
- Experience with LLM APIs is a bonus.
- High-agency, resourceful startup mindset and willingness to take full ownership of projects.
- Interest in working intensively with a founding team and creating a new product.
