Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end across requirements analysis, technical design, development, unit and integration testing, code review, deployment, and post-release support.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable C#/.NET services and components in a complex multi-client platform.
- Translate high-level and client-specific requirements into robust technical designs with technical leads, architects, business analysts, and product owners.
- Maintain and improve automated unit, integration, and regression test coverage.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Git and Jenkins.
- Identify and remediate technical debt and support modernization toward AWS cloud-native architecture.
- Mentor intermediate and junior developers and support their growth, including effective use of AI-assisted development tools.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in .NET Core, .NET Framework, and C#, including object-oriented design and common design patterns.
- Proven full software development lifecycle experience, ideally supporting a live, business-critical production system.
- Solid SQL Server and T-SQL experience, including query and stored-procedure writing and optimization.
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with service-oriented or microservice architectures.
- Practical experience with unit and integration testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest.
- Experience with version control and CI/CD tooling such as Git and Jenkins or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience working in a Scrum or other Agile team, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Everyday experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or ChatGPT for coding, testing, debugging, refactoring, and documentation.
- Beneficial qualifications include AWS exposure, infrastructure-as-code experience, Docker or Kubernetes knowledge, financial-services or regulated-domain experience, React or modern JavaScript/TypeScript exposure, and experience with configuration-driven or rules-engine systems.
