Responsibilities
- Drive the mission to improve healthcare through actionable data and analytics.
- Build full-stack data and analytics features from data models to user interfaces.
- Develop AI-powered workflows for data transformation and app development.
- Own the design and iteration of complex data systems and transformations.
- Ship analytics products and dashboards for clients and internal teams.
- Perform exploratory analysis to guide product and operational decisions.
- Influence data engineering strategy and product architecture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define success criteria and deliver improvements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software development experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data transformation and analysis.
- Experience building backend servers and modern frontend interfaces.
- Fluency with AI and LLM-powered development tools.
- Ability to work with complex data sources and create reliable datasets.
- Experience designing and operating end-to-end data workflows.
- Strong judgment regarding data quality and maintainability.
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving mindset.
