Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build full-stack data and analytics features from data models and analysis through user-facing interfaces.
- Develop and ship analytics products and dashboards for clients and internal teams.
- Build AI- and LLM-powered workflows for data transformation, analysis, and application development.
- Design, develop, and iterate on complex data systems, transformations, and well-modeled datasets.
- Perform exploratory analysis and hypothesis-driven investigations to guide product and operational decisions.
- Influence data engineering strategy and product architecture for data and analytics surfaces.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand workflows, define success criteria, and deliver products that drive improvement.
- Advance Prompt’s mission by delivering reliable, actionable data and analytics for healthcare decision-making.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of software development experience focused on full-stack web development and data modeling or analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data transformation, analysis, and analytics pipeline development.
- Experience building backend servers and modern frontend interfaces using React, Vue, or equivalent technologies.
- Fluency with modern AI and LLM-powered development tools, including code agents and automation frameworks.
- Ability to turn complex, messy, and evolving data sources into reliable, well-modeled datasets.
- Experience designing, building, and operating end-to-end data workflows from ingestion through transformation, modeling, and downstream analysis.
- Strong judgment regarding data quality, correctness, observability, and maintainability in production data systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Interest in a hands-on, high-code-contribution role rather than engineering management.
- Healthcare datasets involving patient care, operations, or billing are a nice-to-have.
- Experience with dbt, Metabase, AWS, relational databases, data warehouses, or analytics products is a nice-to-have.
