Base Salary

$95k - $171k/yr

Responsibilities

Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of critical systems and services.
Design, implement, and maintain automation for operational tasks, system provisioning, and configuration management.
Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify potential issues.
Collaborate with security teams to implement and maintain system and data security best practices.
Identify process improvements, implement best practices, and drive adoption of technologies that improve reliability and efficiency.
Identify and optimize performance bottlenecks across systems, applications, and infrastructure components.
Maintain high infrastructure availability and support continuous integration and delivery of the platform.

Have at least 2 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Have experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or in a similar role, with familiarity with DevOps principles and practices preferred.
Have programming and scripting skills in languages such as Python, Go, or Shell.
Have experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
Have in-depth knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and networking concepts, including DNS, HTTP, and TCP/IP.
Have proficiency with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
Have familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack.
Be able to work in a dynamic environment and demonstrate good problem-solving skills.
