Responsibilities

  • Develop, build, configure, customize, and integrate ServiceMax solutions based on specifications.
  • Implement and maintain ServiceMax workflows, custom objects, user interfaces, and other application components.
  • Integrate ServiceMax with Salesforce applications and third-party systems.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Test and debug ServiceMax applications for functionality and performance.
  • Provide technical support and training to end users.
  • Stay current with ServiceMax features and best practices.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of ServiceMax development experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and ServiceMax application.
  • Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to collaborate.
  • Preferred: master's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Preferred: experience with ERP integrations and database management using Oracle or SQL Server.
  • Preferred: familiarity with MuleSoft or other data integration tools.
  • ServiceMax administration certifications are a plus.
