Base Salary
$190k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the integration framework for authentication, data synchronization, record transformation, event subscriptions, and external actions
- Build permissioning infrastructure that isolates and correctly scopes customer data across integrations, APIs, agents, and product surfaces
- Design event and subscription systems for internal services, external integrations, and workflows
- Build workflow infrastructure for long-running jobs, retries, orchestration, backfills, customer-specific automations, and agent-driven actions
- Build platform APIs, services, and abstractions that help product engineers develop faster
Requirements
- At least 3 years of backend or software engineering experience building and scaling platform systems
- Experience designing APIs, working with databases, and building reliable data and workflow systems
- Experience with integrations, permissions, event-driven systems, or long-running jobs
- Practical understanding of system design, scalability, security, and reliability
- Ability to translate product and integration needs into durable platform infrastructure
- Comfort working with high ownership and autonomy in a fast-paced environment
