Responsibilities
- Design and deliver technology architecture for platforms, products, or engagements.
- Define solutions addressing performance, capability, and scalability needs.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure alignment with organizational standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions for complex technical problems.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units.
- Mentor junior team members and help manage team performance and decisions.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in Agentic Design.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Agentic Design.
- Strong knowledge of system design principles and architectural frameworks.
- Experience developing scalable and high-performance technology solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and devise effective solutions.
- Familiarity with integration patterns and technology stacks relevant to platform development.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining architectural concepts to diverse audiences.
