Responsibilities
- Develop backend product features for pricing, trial, payment, and customer onboarding experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers, project managers, product designers, engineering managers, frontend engineers, and quality engineering teams.
- Design, implement, deploy, test, and monitor cloud applications.
- Contribute to solutions that support business growth and improve customer experiences.
- Participate in cross-team initiatives that improve engineering efficiency and employee experience.
- Share knowledge and collaborate through pair programming and team initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of software development experience.
- At least 3 years of experience developing backend applications used by a reasonable number of users.
- At least 2 years of experience working in a product-focused company.
- Ability to work collaboratively and willingness to learn and assist with backend solution design and implementation.
- Fluent in English.
- Prior knowledge of payments, user management systems, or business growth is sought.
- Prior knowledge of AWS is sought.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code and actively use AI tools in engineering work is sought.
