Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical architecture for the AI Foundations platform.
- Lead full-stack design and delivery across various AI tools and services.
- Architect and deliver autonomous agents that participate in the software development lifecycle.
- Set and uphold engineering standards for code quality and operational practices.
- Mentor and technically lead engineers through design and code reviews.
- Collaborate with product leadership to shape the AI Foundations roadmap.
- Translate UX concepts into polished, production-ready frontend experiences.
- Represent AI Foundations in cross-team architecture discussions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in designing and delivering scalable software systems.
- Demonstrated experience leading technical architecture for a platform or team.
- Proven ability to mentor engineers and raise the technical bar.
- Experience with LLM-powered agents or AI platform infrastructure.
- Familiarity with AI coding assistants and experience extending them.
- Strong foundation in modern backend and frontend technologies.
- Comfort with a rapidly changing technical landscape.
