Responsibilities
- Design and build model-driven and canvas applications, Dataverse solutions, cloud flows, and approved integrations.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs, estimates, and development tasks.
- Create reusable components, custom connectors, plug-ins, and PCF controls when standard platform capabilities are insufficient.
- Lead code reviews, testing, debugging, performance optimization, and resolution of technical roadblocks.
- Own solution architecture decisions, design assurance, technical risk, and alignment with enterprise standards.
- Implement managed solutions and automated deployment pipelines while applying security, DLP, accessibility, supportability, and platform-governance standards.
- Mentor developers and collaborate with architects, product owners, analysts, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Extensive experience delivering solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Strong knowledge of Power Fx, JavaScript or TypeScript, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Experience with ALM, Azure DevOps or GitHub, automated deployment, and agile DevSecOps.
- Proven technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
