Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design, architecture, and hands-on implementation of enterprise-scale applications.
- Set technical direction, engineering standards, solution quality, and delivery practices across the software development lifecycle.
- Build full-stack solutions using .NET, C#, modern front-end frameworks, and Azure platform services.
- Design and support APIs, integration patterns, database solutions, and reusable components.
- Implement CI/CD, infrastructure configuration, monitoring, and operational readiness.
- Resolve complex technical issues, manage engineering risks and dependencies, and own workstreams from design through production.
- Lead development workstreams and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor development team members and collaborate with architects, product owners, UX specialists, and client stakeholders.
- Introduce AI-assisted engineering practices into team workflows.
Requirements
- Significant full-stack engineering experience with .NET Core, C#, Web APIs, and a modern JavaScript or TypeScript framework.
- Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams or technical workstreams and managing delivery across multiple priorities.
- Experience leading a development workstream and influencing stakeholders.
- Strong experience with Azure services including App Service, Functions, API Management, Key Vault, and Azure SQL.
- Strong understanding of secure software architecture, automated quality assurance, performance engineering, observability, and operational excellence.
- Desirable experience with React or Angular, containers, Kubernetes or AKS, event-driven architecture, Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Copilot, application modernization, AI Services, AI-assisted development, or Azure developer certifications.
