Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, and maintain software modules and applications.
- Perform coding, troubleshoot defects, and improve software performance and interfaces.
- Design and execute test cases, scenarios, and usage cases to validate software.
- Automate software validation and ensure code is error-free and meets quality requirements.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend solutions for system issues and performance concerns.
- Coordinate with functional teams, systems analysts, project managers, engineering staff, and customers.
- Prepare technical documentation, flowcharts, reports, status updates, and project specifications.
- Capture client clarifications, collect feedback, and support on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training, continuing education, and certification activities to maintain and expand programming skills.
